We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to our cancellation, rescheduling, and late policies. 

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total services booked.

RESCHEDULING: To reschedule an appointment, we require 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to a 25% fee of the total services booked.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in a reduced service or denial of service due to time constraints, with a 25% charge of the total services.

NO SHOWS: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total services booked. Additionally, no-shows will prevent future bookings with The Facialist.
